Managing your subscription and payment methods

Introduction

You can easily update your payment method for your ThinkAd subscription. We recommend keeping your payment information current to avoid any interruptions in your service. You can also cancel your subscription anytime from the same menu.



Add a New Card

To add a new credit card:

  • Go to Settings in your ThinkAd account.

  • Click Manage Subscription.

  • Scroll down to the Payment Method section.

  • Click Add a New Credit Card.

  • Enter your new card details.


Set as Default

Once you've added your new card:

  • Select your newly added credit card.

  • Click Set as Default so future payments are charged to this card.


Cancel Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your ThinkAd subscription:

  • Go to Settings in your ThinkAd account.

  • Click Manage Subscription.

  • Click Cancel Subscription.

  • Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
